If you are using IE 10 or below do the following steps to run this portal.

1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
2. In the Internet Options dialog box, on the Security tab, click Custom Level.
3. Find for Miscellaneous, and then Access data sources across domains, Select Enable.
4. Click OK.
